A Viton oil seal is a high-performance sealing component made from Viton® (FKM), a premium fluorocarbon elastomer known for its exceptional resistance to heat, chemicals, and oil. These seals are used to prevent leakage of lubricants while keeping contaminants out in rotating or reciprocating machinery.

PU Hydraulic Seals are specially engineered sealing components used in hydraulic cylinders to prevent oil leakage, maintain pressure, and ensure smooth, reliable operation. Manufactured from Polyurethane (PU), these seals offer exceptional abrasion resistance, outstanding elasticity, and strong extrusion resistance, making them ideal for heavy-duty and high-pressure hydraulic systems.

PU hydraulic seals are commonly used in both rod sealing and piston sealing positions, providing dynamic sealing during reciprocating motion.

Types of Hydraulic Cylinder Seals Included:

• Rod Seal: Prevents fluid leakage along the rod.

• Piston Seal: Maintains pressure on both sides of the piston.

• Wiper / Scraper Seal: Removes dirt and debris from the rod surface.

• O-Ring: Provides static sealing in end covers and housings.

A high-performance Double Lip Seal designed to provide superior sealing for rotating shafts. It features two sealing lips—one for fluid retention and one for dust exclusion—to ensure maximum protection and extended equipment life.  A Double Lip Seal (also known as a dual-lip oil seal) is engineered to provide enhanced sealing performance in demanding applications. It includes two sealing lips:

1. Primary Lip – Retains lubricants such as oil or grease.

2. Secondary Lip (Dust Lip) – Prevents contaminants like dust, dirt, and moisture from entering the system.
